Description – Highly effective prostaglandin, proven higher efficacy with better tolerability. Better results in lowering IOP in Afro-Caribbean patients. It reduces the elevated intraocular pressure in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension by increasing uveoscleral outflow of the aqueous humor. It is indicated for the reduction of elevated intraocular pressure in patients 

with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension who are intolerant of 

other intraocular pressure lowering medications or insufficiently responsive 

to another intraocular pressure lowering medication (i.e., failed to achieve 

the desirable or ideal IOP, as determined after multiple measurements
