Description – A beta blocking agent. The highest efficacy for lowering ocular hypertension. Fast and sustained action. Lowering of high intraocular pressure, either associated or not to glaucoma. No effect on pupil size or visual acuity. Optimal tolerability. Glaucomatous visual field loss prevention. No significant sympathomimetic intrinsic activity.
