Description – External eye lubricant in cases of lachrymal secretion insufficiency or corneal damage. 

AUCIC 1% is different from the multidose tears because it is preserved in the dropper bottle by a preservative, sodium perborate, which after the contact with the ocular tissue turns into pure water and oxygen, minimizing the irritation and citotoxicity which could be produced by the standard preservatives. Therefore, it is 

indicated for users of all kind of contact lenses. AUCIC 1% is indicated for the transient relief of the discomforts produced by the insufficient 

lachrymal secretion or excessive evaporation, exposure to wind, sun or high-contaminated environments, or due to the use of contact lenses; which lead to an ocular surface inflammation causing discomfort symptoms such as buring, itching, dryness, blinking, discomfort, foreign matter sensation, photophobia, among others.
